MOUNTAIN LION/COUGAR HUNTS

We are an Arizona Mountain Lion hunting outfitter and guide service, located in the breathtaking mountains of Arizona. With decades of years of combined experience working with hounds within our team, we are dedicated to offering each client an unforgettable adventure and creating lifelong memories. Our hounds are expertly trained, highly determined, and as tough as they come. Trained year-round, our dogs perform like true professionals and work tirelessly to help you harvest a lion. Relying on their keen scenting abilities, our hounds are trained to track in all conditions, not just snow, ensuring a successful hunt even in dry terrain.

We hunt throughout the entire state, from the majestic ponderosa pines to the iconic saguaro cacti, navigating through rugged and rocky terrain. You will have the option to hunt on foot, from mules, or using a buggy. Our mules are mountain-raised, sure-footed, and safe, providing a stable and reliable means of transport year-round. Hunting from mules offers a unique opportunity to stay close to the dogs while experiencing the landscape from a completely different perspective.

Your hunt will be based out of our ranch in Williams, or we can provide a fully equipped wall tent with all the comforts of home.

For outfitted hunts, all meals are included.

While no hunt can guarantee a lion, we are fully committed to working tirelessly to provide you with a dream hunt and the highest possible success rate.

BLACK BEAR HUNTING WITH HOUNDS

Arizona is one of the best-kept secrets for black bear hunting in the West, offering an incredible opportunity to harvest a once-in-a-lifetime trophy. Every year, Boone and Crockett-caliber boars are taken in the state, with a stunning variety of color phases ranging from light cinnamon to deep jet black.

Our bear hunts take place behind a pack of well trained hounds. We utilize hounds as they are capable of smelling a bear we wouldn’t be able to see, from several hundred yards away. These hunts can be physically demanding, as they take place in diverse and rugged terrains—steep pine and oak-covered faces, deep rocky canyons, and prickly pear-covered hillsides. We utilize a combination of mules, E-bikes, 4x4 vehicles and hiking to remain close to the hounds while in pursuit of your bear.

Our Fall bear/lion combo camp offers a unique experience to hunt black bear and mountain lion in the same week while saving you the cost of a mountain lion hunt. You only pay after you harvest your lion! Our team includes 4 of the best hounds and houndsmen teams in the west capable of successfully catching both bear and lion in tough terrain and conditions. This is a wall tent camp with all the amenities of home
